I’m going on a Winter Vacation with my friends tomorrow and probably won’t be able to catch a good internet connection until I come back home.

2013 was a great year for TDB and me personally, 2014 is starting pretty good too and hopefully the rest of it is going to be the same! I’m looking forward to more new things and content on TDB, new awesome opportunities and more great design / designers. *I’m also looking forward to everything that’s on the list above.

Anyway, thank you for another great year – have a wonderful New Year’s Eve and all the best in 2014! -ruby

“Classic and nostalgic Christmas critters and icons inspired this holiday season at Panera Bread. All the trinkets and treasures that make opening a stocking so much fun are sprinkled throughout. The playful and exaggerated use of scale and the mix of letterpress typography are combined with jolly and joyful messages to wish customers tasteful tidings and fill them with a dash of whimsy and a bit of fa la la. Share the warmth and experience a little holiday heaven.”

From packaging to retail environments, Willoughby designs brand experiences that leave lasting impressions and create brand believers. We thrive on uncovering insights and helping clients bring fresh, inspiring and innovative ideas to the marketplace.

Red Circle Letterpress   |   Shop

“RCLP in collaboration with some great designers, bring you these Christmas card designs that you can purchase to send out to friends and family. Thanks to Jeff Rogers, John Passafiume, Dan Cassaro, Ryan Feerer (coming soon) and Chris Rushing.”

We love putting ink on paper. We use a historic method of printing known as letterpress. Before the use of computers and digital printing, type was printed using metal or wooden typefaces that would be arranged by hand and printed using a letterpress style printing press. We started our shop by resurrecting one of these old letterpresses. A 1947 Kluge to be exact. After weeks of cleaning and replacing worn out parts, we were able to get our Kluge up and printing again. Its a marvel to see in action.
